O do have a soft spot for the nautical theme. Love the water. Like the simplicity of it, you still get the effect of water, fishy smells and cool breezes. Nice lines and good work on the contrast....Maggi

Terrific focus and Dof Amanda. How do you do that at F6.3? I would have thought that you would need a couple mot F stops. How far were you from the posts (if it is not a trade secret). john We're off to see the Lizard~~the wonderful (sic) Lizard of Oz~~
All I know is I used the camera's auto setting for scenery and got down on the ground. I tried to use the pilings as a frame for the boats. I usually meter on the sky for a better exposure. Other than that it had to be dumb luck.
Imagine if I knew what I was doing. lol...
