Young people in Spain, join at night in groups during the weekends, in parks or squares, buying drinks in supermarkets, that's called "Botellón". Very polemic, of course, specially for the people who live near or for the rubbish.
I have to say that in this occasion the most of the rubbish was on the bins.
Aww, we have the same problem in New York, Ana. Ever since they raised the legal drinking age from 18 to 21, which I think was a mistake.
