Doesn't the guy who points out that the tower looks crooked annoy the H*%% out of you Amanda? Once I had re-adjusted the chip to my other shoulder it looked a bit straighter and I could concentrate on the composition which looks terrific. I have not tried night shots as yet so I have studied the exif data. How do you control the exposure so the lights do not burn the image? john We're off to see the Lizard~~the wonderful (sic) Lizard of Oz~~
Chappo, don't be silly. I need all the help I can get and I appreciate all the comments. I'm a stickler for making sure the horizon and stuff is straight but the tower was more of a challenge. No matter what I did it still looked crooked, or the buildings looked crooked. I hope it looks better now. Thanks again.
There was Amanda walking down the street in Las Vagas all glammed up for a night on the tables, camera around her neck,(she never misses a good shot!)..when she caught her stilletto in a drain cover and snapped off a heel!......hence the wonky tower!..lol.......by the way when did the Americans buy Blackpool tower?.........great shot Amanda!..I love it..............Ken
If I see something I "SHOOT!"
I happened to pass over the thumbnail Amanda and noticed the tower had gotten itself straight. Much better.
I think I told the story before of one of my first "pride and joy" posts and some kind kind soul pointed out my horizon was crooked. Sensitised me for life !!
Great shot now We're off to see the Lizard~~the wonderful (sic) Lizard of Oz~~
