Not the greatest shots I know, but I am having fun getting various birds of prey at work. (Hope to borrow a BIGGER lens shortly!) Jimmy this is a Sparrowhawk isn't it? It flew me down shortly after this missing my head by a couple of feet. It was just chance I got a swallow at the same time.
