House_Sparrow_8024

This is the common house sparrow, not the most
attractive looking bird, once they were as plentiful
as the leafs on the trees but not so now. new farming methods have destroyed the Habitat of a lot
of these seed eating birds, like the Bullfinch, gold finch and Linnet..thats what they call progress....

Thank you very much everyone......I don't think i can give you Lessons on Photography Bridget, a nice comment from a very talanted Photographer. Iv'e
Started to using the D70 a lot more, i find it's sharper than D200, I now think it's a
better camera.......Jimmy.

I think it's just the in camera sharpening that's set higher on the more basic models than the pro models. If you shoot in raw, you'll be able to take better pictures with the D200. All Digital Photos can benefit from some sharpening post process. Lovely shot by the way! Smile

Lovely image Jimmy! I didn't realize that you were losing these birds. We have tons of them here in Iowa. Maybe I should scoop some up and send them to you. What kind of farming is taking their habitat? Why I ask is that we are a big farming state, and we have loads of them in the suberbs. Smile Daenna
