Help. I want to start a collection of door pictures. Every pic I take they seem to be off angled, the top or bottom are off a bit. To me the stairs are straight while the roof is to much to the right. Also some seem to lean back. Any help on how to fix this will be appreciated.
Nice doors. Sorry I have really only just started doing buildings and am having similar problems. I have tried the skew and distort in PS Elements with some success, but there is probably a much better way! Viv
Great shot John....they are great looking doors...Alan..... everything is square (after brick counting), but it may be an optical illusion caused by the tapering columns.....also, it may be the 24mm lens.... short lenses can add distortion
I like this compostion very much. As far as the angle, it looks ok to me. If you hold a ruler up to the monitor it's only slightly off. There are tutorials you can find online for photoshop and other programs. Here is one example: http://www.projectwoman.com/articles/11PSStraighten.htm AmandaMy Gallery
