This brings back so many memories of things I saw when I lived over there.A sad state the world is in.Terrific capture, would love to see you do more like this, because you are really saying something.

I have a better title for this pic ! how about " Things need to change".
But the capture of a man sleeping on a bench with his belongings in a shopping cart next to him, does speek loud! !!! :-( ...... so for that it gets a 10, for saying something.

Thank you all for your comments.The homeless epidemic is a problem not only in the USA but world wide.The question is what can be done about it ? Most of these people are mentally challenged and need medication before you can get them into shelters. A good topic for the forum........frank
