Wonderful clarity and detail. It does give the feel of space and enormity. All the lines going in different directions make it very interesting. Lots to look at in this one. Maggi
~In His Love~ Maggi D For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16
They certainly knew how to inspire awe back then! Agree with Maggi's comments and add that the delicate colours of the stonework and wonderful light inside the building, which you've captured so well, make this for me. That ceiling goes on forever. More please. Janhttp://janpudney.net/ http://jaypea.redbubble.com/
A fabulous shot of a perfect ceiling. Love the way you have got the perspective exactly right - almost looks as though you measured where on the floor to put your tripod. Even the seating patterns are uniform on both sides of the aisle. That emphasises the ceiling structure. Really well done shot. Viv
Thanks. I really like the 40D, it feels like a real upgrade from my 350D which is just as well as it will take me a year to pay for it! I really enjoyed shoting in the Catheral so definitely going back again.
