Built on an Island between the River Lagan and the refurbished canal. There is a statue of Frank Pantridge who pioneered the world's first portable heart defibrillator and the cardiac ambulance, cutting deaths from from coronary disease.
The main characteristics which struck me upon seeing this image are the sheer sharpness and detail it depicts. Add to this, it is further complimented by an appropriate exposure and composition. A truly exceptional shot!
