I have to agree with Richard - this is a stunner. The buildings are beautiful and the long exposure has given a molten quality to the river. Without a tripod you have done an amazing job at stabilising your camera. Viv

Thank you all! I didn't expect such great feedback, I was about to discard all my night pictues because, as I said, I didn't use tripod only what I found around me to keep my camera steady. This time I used again the stone handrail but very carefully because I was in a very high viewpoint and it wouldn't be nice to see my camera falling down. I had to use the timer and keep my breathing while I was holding it Night photography is not easy but very pleasant when you get something good.
