Brrrr! I know what you mean about that wind. Are you enjoying the 40D?

Thanks Nigel and Alistair. I have had so little chance to play with the 40D (this is the first sunny day I have been able to get out since I got it) but I can already see there is less noise and I love the faster frame speed. This was done at ISO 640, and I am well pleased. The camera is heaps better than me! Viv

Thanks Richard. It is between Donaghadee and Millisle - that is a standing stone or a monument. All I can remember is being dragged there (a long time ago) by my sister (Hi Fi!) to hunt for graptolites! Viv

Its a beauty of a shot Viv,love the sand and stones the way the light just kisses them golden then moves on. The clouds and light far right are beautiful too.
Looks like a wonderful place to walk. I also like the peeks at blue, green, teal and red in your sand. Just lovely. Maggi

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Nice one Viv...the light and shadow on the pebbles make them "pop" and still plenty of colour with such low light.....well done....Alan
