Looking south down Strangford lough this afternoon the lough dissapeared under these snow clouds. It has snowed quite heavily there but it has not reached a few miles up the coast . I am a big kid - I keep hoping! The north end of Strangford lough is very shallow and it dries for quite a distance at low tide. Canon 40D, ISO800, Av9.0, 1/125, 18mm lens.
Boy Viv, this rocks more ways than one. It all runs together with the metallic colors and beautiful gunmetal tones. And hey, you horizon is straight!!!!!!Nice lines of water leading out and away. What happens to the fish or is it such a gradual process they go with the tide? Lovely shot. Maggi PS, got the card today, Irish blogger!

Thanks Maggi. Card was slow - must have got held up in your snow! Tide ebbs over 6 hours so fish go with it. All comes back on the next 6 hours of flood! Horizon has been on Chappo watch Viv
