Great sky ken. I had a similar problem this evening too. I was out taking a few snaps and I could see the sky going a nice shade. I jumped in the car and thought I could make it to another location to have the sky as a backdrop. I spent the journey watching a sky similar to this in my rear view mirror. I agree, it happens so many times. That's the reason I want to get one of those graduated filters to dark the sky while you give a longer exposure to the bottom. A really great sky, my firend.
