I was trying to do softness like Bridget - but I can't do it . I cannot get a very shallow DOF with my tubes etc., so I gave up and did just me. Bridget you do your soft effects so well. I might get a proper macro lens some day!
Lol at your description.I am not sure how i got that look as i find the macro lens difficult to use.Infact i really dislike it.I only use it because H bought it for me and i feel i should persivere with it.Howeer why do you need a macro lens when you get a shot like this,it is a super shot,well taken.
That is very kind of you Bridget. I am limited to f4.0 because of the lenses I use with my tubes. That is no problem with bugs in the summer when I need at least f16, and better still f22, but to get shallow DOF I would need a larger aperture. Viv
