This is the one I want to say i did! I do envy you this one. That red eye just pops off the screen, the wonderful grays and blues....nice wing detail...can u make him stop looking at me as if I were dinner?????lol Maggi

The A 700 @ 12.3 megapixel versus my KM5D @6 shows in shots like this I think.....john

On to the A700, congrats! I'm still using the A100 but I will most likely join in on the A700, if for nothing else than the ability to use anything over ISO 200. The new live view models and the potential full frame model do look quite tempting too. That along with some new lens and it is a very exciting time to be using Minolta/Sony. Great shot by the way and thanks for your kinds words on some of my shots. I have been so backed up I have thousands of photos over the past few months that I have yet to catalog and post. I am still transitioning from the film mindset...
