We have 2 species in Australia, the "common" and "spotted", and both have red at the base of their bill and red legs. Although on the spotted, the red area extends further along the bill.
We also have "greenshanks" (green legs) and "yellow legs" (yellow legs). Maybe they change depending on their age or breeding. A pretty bird anyway.
