Conjoint Valley

Conjoint Valley

Conjoint Valley located in Derbyshire, England. The rock on the left is called St Peters stone and they use to hang people there up to the start of the 20th century.
It was nice and warm in the sun but oh down in the valley it was so empty, lonely and cold, you can see the ice at the waters edge.

Amazing shot, great compostion. The contrast between the cold foreground against the warmth past the valley works really well. Great frame too!
