Juva Church

Church of the Juva, small town in southern Finland, about 40 km to the east from Mikkeli. The most unusual is the gate to the church's cemetery with two figures in camouflage with rifles. Here the soldiers from Juva who died during war 1941-44 were burried.

~In His Love~ Maggi D
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Yes - like the framing and I feel the softness of the outline of the figures contrasts well with the harsher lines of the church and arch...C
