Thankyou !R! very much,we met a fellow photographer on the beach tonight and he had lee filters, zeiss lens and he put a filter over the end of my lens and guess what, this is a shot from my lens and no filter lol.Did not seem to make much difference to me
It is lovely, nice exposure and I like the odd placement of the boats.....
~In His Love~ Maggi D For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16
I LOVE the boats!! And that sky ain't half bad either...lol! Considering our grey skies tonight and I am totally envious! Seriously I like the mooring chain leading to the bows and into the image, and the reflections in the pool. (The only way this could be improved is if our boat was in this image in the warmth you are having ) Viv
I do like the composition of this image Bridget, i don't know if it's my monitor, but the bow of the boat is a little dark, i'd like to see just a hint of detail in the darkest parts but that's just me, it's a super image.
Thankyou John, not too dark on my screen, but i often wonder what others see on their screens.I think unless we all calibrate with the same thing it's difficult to all see the same.I keep meaning to look into buying a device for this but they are so expensive that i have put it off for now
