Thanks for the comments, I've changed the image for a sharpened one now as suggested so it looks a bit sharper!
How I manage is by taking loads of photos, then hopefully at least one of them will be in focus.
Its actually F/16, but because I use a reverse lens the aperture isn't reported to the camera, on my PC it thinks it was taken at f/0!
