I actually quite like this effect, but I also think I would have liked the plain view. But well done the way you have kept St Paul's centre image and focal point. Viv
I'm with Viv, love the way that everything else is moving, but St Pauls is still. you could look at this as being some sort of social commentary as well as a great picture.
