Not posting these for rating - just interest. To add to the fun this year there was the tidal generator for the fleet to try and avoid. Portaferry town is in the background. It was quite an overcast, mizzley night. We had an extremely good tidal tactician aboard last night.
Viv carrys a flask I think. Looks great !! I was wondering if you would post today. Thought maybe the tide got you!!
~In His Love~ Maggi D For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16
Lol you mob! You can sail any boat singlehanded if you really want to. For this sort of event you can cram on as many crew as you want, but some events limit the number to what is quoted on each handicap certificate. We need 6 minimum in winter and at least 4 for light wind races. There were 6 of us last night. The more crew the slicker become the tacks and sail hoists - seconds count. Viv
Oh Viv, you are getting me interested in sailing all I need is another hobbie! Hey kids if you wanna drink there are always no spill sippy cups ...LOL! That reminds me, I have blackberry wine in the the fridge. Tell gill great shots! Thanks for sharing these with us Viv! Makes me wish I could try this someday as well as, trying to stay afloat learning the sailing speak! Keep a weathered eye on the turbine, and mind the sails matey! Daenna
