My only niggle to make this one of your top images would be to crop just tp the left of the LH post to get rid of the part boat and clone out the tie rope...super shot...john

AHA! When I saw the original I thought - get rid of that boat on the left - looks like John beat me to it. I think you could crop half of the sky to make it more dramatic and give a feeling of looking up to the boat. Really good shot as it is, but even better because it's got so much 'fiddle room' about it. So many lovely leading lines. Smile

I have to agree with Jan about cropping the sky... if you scroll just a tad down, it would add so much dramatic feel to it. Smile

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I may agree about cropping the sky (please don't interupt me until I'm finished with my waffle! Smile

...wonder if anybody knows what the heck I'm talking about...too early...note to self, don't comment at 6:30am). Anyway, I really do like the shot, and I applaud you for being out and about and making art at 11 at night.

I'm surprised to be honest. I'm still tinkering and trying to learn HDR. I'm going out again today in search of "hdr-able" subjects. I will give it a crop as suggested.
