This non-naturalistic approach (to the artier side of HDR photography) has helped me produce this fantasia of the City of London. See the B+W version for notes!
Well, it does have an interesting cityscape going for it. Seems like every picture of a city skyline these days has those cranes in it. People are building like crazy.
as for the other file, if I were trying that on photoshop, I'd go to layers and see if the file needed to be flattened. Then I'd save it to JPEG, and when it asked how, I'd use the slider to make a slightly less high resolution file, which might decrease the file size some.
Thankyou all for the encouragement as well as the 'put-the-brakes-on-already' criticism. It is appreciated. The image I intended to upload is a mere 144kb, yet the jpeg (layers/flattened) just will not go! Oh well, patience. jOhN

Gotta be photo pixies. There's no defense once they get in. They're pissed at the photo world because when digital cameras came out, they petitioned to rate cameras by mega-pixies, but a typo gave us mega-pixels instead.
