This is the sort of shot I would love to achieve with a huge DOF but this was an evening race in murky conditions - I was struggling with light - I think it is OK.
Great crop on this one Viv and nice action too........these boats look very close to each other, but in reality they are probably a little further apart, so you did well with the dof.......it is a difficult subject to photograph, if you increase the f number, then your shutter speed will drop and then motion blur or camera shake might become a problem....you found a happy medium......well done...Alan
