I am experimenting. I never know quite the best way to play these shots. Anyhow these are two wooden River Class yachts built in the 1930s and still regularly raced as a class on Strangford Lough. There is quite a big fleet of them raced very competitively.
There is something special about wooden boats, and especially old ones.....they had style, a bit like the old cars.....the haze and light grey water blend together to showcase the boats well...I notice an "at anchor" ball up there......I would love the blue one, is it an old fishing boat?......it would be great for a cruising holiday....top shot Viv.....Alan
