Amazona Ochrocephala Panamensis.

They are a subspecies of the Yellow-crowned Amazon. They are normally found in pairs rather than in flocks in the wild.

No it wasn't through glass, it was through cage wire, hence the slight white blur to the top left corner. Tricky to completely avoid it.
