Except maybe to mosquitos. Old tires with standing water in them are total skeeter breeding grounds.
But your point is understood, and pretty well photographed. It looks as if there might be a tad too much sharpening, but you know how different monitors can muck up a perfectly good picture.

I think its more a problem with experimenting with adding film grain (badly) but point taken.
