the seeds of the gourd were used by the indians only during extreme food emergencies. it also has a lovely yellow flower that turns into a very foul-smelling gourd. when this happens you can smell it from a long distance. Smile Wink PS: you really don't want to know what it smells like either believe me. Nah!
