It is disturbing to me but only because I don't see the relationship between scars and the wooden slats. To me, and this is my humble opinion mind you, it represents a "look into" his heart or his chest. But hey, that's me. Great job of photoshopping no matter what the title is. Smile

This is very shocking - I have looked at it several times. Extremely well done - would make a great anti smoking image. But I have to say Chris's comment has made me laugh!! (and I mean "laugh" not lathe of wood!) . Well done image. Viv

Super bit of manipulation bar the shadowing between the fingers and the wooden slats, thats the only bit that bugs me, great job though...

AMAZING....would open anyone's mind!!! When you meet anyone who has had to endure physical scars, they often overcome them and become people...but when you meet people who have endured psychological scars...the impact is often less difficult to ignore...for me this photograph defines this concept...
