In all seriousness Viv,i never use a noise filter i am so pleased with the performance of this camea.It does take some learning thoughI have found it a little harder to take good shots than the D200.This one is not so forgiving.The amount of duff shots that are on my computer is enormous lol .After several months i feel i am only just getting to grips with it
