Nice color, good depth, Composition and subject. I wouldnt change much... maybe a little more trees on top than stump on bottom because bokeh in out of focus trees looks better than stump to me... however the out of focus stump at the bottom might help with the comp being relitivly straight and across the bottom.. I wonder what it woudl have looked like with camera positioned up slightly.
