Hi there !P!,lovely shot of a county i have yet to visit for more than a few hours.I once went there and took a ski lift up high somewhere all very scary as it was all glass and they stopped the lift for photo taking,but alas i didi't have a camera back then just aswell as i don't think i could have taken anything with it as it was so scary lol.I think that was near Buxton but can't quite remember.Anyway back to the photo.Love the colours and comp with the gate Smile

Angi; this is beautiful.
Love the wide open space you've captured so well... love the tones that are set off with that very med-deep blue sky... with the bonus of big puffy clouds but what I like the most is the wood of the fencing... makes it a complete beauty! Smile

Thank you all for your lovely comments and ratings. We haven't had many blue skies since, but tomorrow is supposed to be a better day.

Lol at 'B', your description sounds like Matlock Bath... that's the only place I know that has a ski lift, I've visited several time, but never dared to take a ride.
