After the sun has gone (1/20 of a second in the life of a photographer)

Have started to add the explicit copyright message after repeatedly finding my images being used without permission. It wont stop the majority of offenders, but i did receive an apology from one site owner who said that they were confused by licenses. This way there is no confusion.

Wow, love the comp, especially those steps with the light on it. Wonderful work. I can almost smell the night coming.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Jason, I know that copyright hassle is always going to be there for us, and I'm afraid it's just going to keep getting worse. The government and big business seem bent on reducing us to photo machines for the big bad world, and there are thousands of unscrupulous web presences out there who will just steal from you without blinking their preverbial evil eye. I read an article in a magazine once from a photographer who kept getting his images stolen. He hired lawyers to send out cease and desist orders to the perpetrators, who then complied, but each one cost the photographer $300.00. The bad guys got no punishment, and ended up being able to use somebody else's work for free for a while. Not justice at all.

In light of all this, thank you so very much for allowing us to view your beautiful work.
