Epson Stylus Photo PX800FWThe Epson Stylus Photo PX800FW is a new all-in-one printer, scanner and fax machine designed for your living room. With a black gloss finish, the PX800FW features a 19.8cm LCD touch panel interface, automatic document feeder, 4800 dpi scanner, and integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. Epson Claria dye-based ink produces better-than-lab-quality photos. An optional automatic duplexer clicks on the rear of the Epson PX800FW and provides double-sided printing, including booklet printing. The Epson® Stylus Photo PX800FW – Elegant and Intelligent 4-in-1

4th September – Epson launches the Stylus Photo PX800FW, a Hi-Definition 4-in-1 with fax, automatic document feeder, and Wi-Fi. Its stylish good looks conceal advanced functionality which is accessed and controlled via an impressive touch panel interface. Ideal for all kinds of home applications, including premium home photo printing, users can expect photographic prints that will exceed lab print quality.

Designed to seamlessly integrate into your living room, the Epson Stylus PX800FW comes with a black gloss finish, giving it an ultra modern look. Its carefully considered contours hide an automatic document feeder whilst the twin paper trays are fully integrated adding to its overall sleek design that won’t disrupt the aesthetic of your home.

To add functionality to the design the Epson Stylus Photo PX800FW comes with integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, enabling users to print over their home network. It features a 19.8cm LCD touch panel viewer which tilts to provide the most comfortable viewing angle. The dynamic menu system guides users effortlessly through the preview and printing options, including some unique features such as printing customised stationary. Users can also print directly from a Pictbridge connected camera, or from memory cards for ultimate ease of use. An optional automatic duplexer clicks on the rear of the main unit and provides double-sided printing, including booklet printing.

Besides its elegant design, its many features and intuitive interface, the Epson Stylus PX800FW delivers outstanding results thanks to Epson Claria™ Photographic Ink, a Hi-Definition, dye-based ink that gives better-than-lab-quality photos. This ink comes in individual cartridges so you only replace the colour you use. In addition a new high-speed Micro Piezo™ print head is at the heart of the printer providing the fastest inkjet printing technology available from Epson.

  1. What the blurb does not say is whether the new printer has fax capabilities over and above what it does say about this new multifunction printer.

  2. Apologies to the readers, I missed the part about fax machine. It's there alright. It happens with speed reading and I was concentrating more on CD/DVD printing than fax at the time.
