Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD Review
The Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD is a new 10 megapixel ultra-zoom camera that can also shoot high-definition, 720p video. Even better, you can use the full range of the S2000 HD‘s 15x zoom lens during filming, covering both wide-angle and extreme close-up subjects. In addition to its movie-making capabilities, the Fujifilm S2000 HD has a a 2.7 inch LCD screen and an electronic viewfinder for image composition, and dual image stabilisation to keep your photos sharp. Gavin Stoker found out if the competitively priced (£249 / $299) S2000HD is the perfect ultra-zoom camera.

Is zooming whilst filming really a good thing? How many good movies have you seen recently where the cinematographer zooms in the middle of a scene?

Hi, I'd like to know if this supports time lapsed photography. Thanks.

Did a lot of searching for reviews on the Fuji S2000HD and this has to be the finest review I've read.
Straight to the point and honest.
I'll be a regular visitor for sure!

Hi there, Great review of the S2000HD. I also did a lot of searching for ratings and reviews of the S2000HD, and yours by far was the most in depth, detailed review of the bunch. Nice Job!
Just ordered mine (with help from your review of course) and can't wait to start playing with it!
