The Olympus P-11 printer is announced. The Olympus P-11 is a 310dpi dye-sub photo printer that produces borderless A6 (10x15cm) prints in 33 seconds. The Olympus P-11 printer will be available from Autumn 2005 for around £150.

Now, thanks to the Olympus P-11 dye-sublimation printer, you can print pictures from the comfort of your own home in record quick time too.

The Olympus P-11 produces high-quality 10x15cm borderless prints in 33 seconds making it the fastest dye-sub photo printer available*. Copies of digital photos can be printed onto paper and shared with friends and family in next to no time. 

The Olympus P-11 delivers first-class printing results that rival those of professional photo labs; the quality is thanks to the dye-sublimation printing process. Up to 16.77 million continuous colours are printed returning lifelike tones, something most ink-jet printers are incapable of achieving no matter how high their dpi-count is. The glossy, borderless A6 (10x15cm) prints are UV-resistant and unlike most prints from photo labs are laminated to guard against sunlight exposure, dust and humid temperatures.

Any PictBridge compatible camera can be directly attached to the P-11 for completely PC-free printing. The P-11 is also equipped with a USB interface allowing images that have been edited or stored on a computer previously to be printed out with ease.

The attractively designed P-11 printer is small enough to fit on to a desktop and to save additional shelf space the paper tray is located on the top of the unit making this printer an attractive and space saving addition to your digital photographic experience.
