Akvis has released AirBrush v.2.0, a program that turns photos into stylish airbrush paintings. Version 2.0 adds the possibility to create multicoloured drawings and offers new presets. The plugin version is compatible with Adobe Photoshop CC. The software sells for $49 for the Home version (all features except colour changing), $69 for the Home Deluxe edition (all features included), $89 for the Business version (all features included, for commercial use). The software runs on Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win 8 and on Mac OS X 10.4-10.8, both 32 bit and 64 bit.

AKVIS AirBrush v.2.0: Airbrush Drawings from Photos! Now in Full Color!

July 22, 2013 -- AKVIS announces the release of AKVIS AirBrush v.2.0, available as a standalone program and as a plugin for graphics editors, for Windows and Mac OS X. The software turns photos into stylish airbrush paintings. Version 2.0 adds the possibility to create multicolored drawings and offers new presets. Airbrushing is a painting technique based on the use of a special tool called an air brush or spraying gun. This technique has grown so popular these days that one can come across airbrush paintings anywhere. It has already become a new trend in modern art. Airbrush paintings can be added to any surface. These pictures look great and catch the eye with unprecedented clarity and level of detail.

AKVIS AirBrush is photo-to-painting software that makes airbrush drawings from photos. The program automatically transforms a photograph into your own fine art masterpiece which looks like made with an airbrush tool. You do not need to perform complex manual work, drawing lines and details with tools. Just choose one of the AirBrush presets or play with the effect settings.
