An Englishman Abroad
Bonjour!
After what seems like days of packing, cleaning, unpacking, driving and trying to get a wireless internet connection to work, I’ve finally made it to Paris and am now back online
I’ve relocated to Paris from London for at least the next year - the photo above was taken yesterday morning from the apartment’s balcony.
Normal PhotographyBLOG service will now be resumed…

I was wondering where you had got to! You lucky dog - I would be there like a shot if I had the chance.

Hi Mark,
I was also beginning to wonder.....since thursday and no posts. I kind of thought then that you'd be away, if I missed a post saying that you were gone.
Well, hope you enjoy it in Paris for the coming months and looking forward to reading your posts and experience in that big city.
cheers
Teddy

Nice shot, Mister. Great (and highly unusual) holding of detail. Best wishes while "abroad."

I live on rue Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement. It's not that far from Gare de l'Est

I discovered today that Paris is quite a small city - just 30 minutes walk from where I live to Les Halles in the centre. Very handy!
