Moreover, with ISO up to 6400 (VGA and HD 16:9), you can be confident when shooting in low light, pictures will come out blur-free and sharp, looking natural with the mood of the scene preserved. Also, you never have to worry about low-battery situations and missing out on previous moments as this reasonable priced camera is powered by 2x AA batteries.

Encased in a stylish exterior, the 12 megapixels C1250 comes in black and silver, giving you a 3x zoom lens, making it easy to take crisply detailed shots whether your subject is near or far-off. Smart on Scenes, Smart on Faces
C1250 uses Scene Detection Technology to analyze the scene to be shot in detail: Subject brightness; Contrast; Distance and Overall hue. The camera then immediately chooses one of eight possible modes, to ensure perfect settings for your shot: Landscape, Night scene, Night Portrait, Sunset, Macro, Portrait, Backlight, and Backlight Portrait.

The C1250 is especially adept at photos of people, drawing on advanced technology to automatically track faces, capture smiles, detect blinks, and beautify skin tones. The Smile Catch & Blink Detector functions help to capture the perfect spontaneous smile by automatically shooting in rapid succession – ideal for candid moments. The Blink Detector alerts you when a subject has blinked, allowing the shot to be retaken immediately or saved according to your preference. Moreover, “Beauty Enhancer” is a pre-processing feature, which beautifies your subject’s skin tone, getting rid of unwanted blemishes.

The worst camera I ever bought!! Both ones!!!

Problems:
First Camera: Suddenly shut down (with new batteries) with lens still expanded. When finally got it to power up again, the lens further expanded and stripped gears, or it at least sounded that way. Refused to power up again. 35 photos taken.
Second Camera: Does not always retract lens when power off, refuse to power on for hours, even when inserting new batteries. When actually get it to power up again, I have to playback images to retract lens before I can continue to use. 22 photos taken thus far.
