Canon has issued a firmware update for the Canon EOS 500D / Digital Rebel T1i digital SLR camera. Version 1.1.0 enahnces the reliability of Live View and fixes incorrect indications in the Arabic, English and Swedish menus.

I m impressed with its solid battery life,articulating LCD and comfortable shooting design.It can zoom during movie capture and exceptionally close macro focus.On normal shots, you can shake camera while shooting a photo with no effect which i like most.

It seems you are talking about an entirely different camera - the Canon EOS 500D has no articulated screen, can only focus "exceptionally close" if you attach a dedicated macro lens to it, and can of course zoom during movie capture, as all zoom lenses Canon makes have a mechanical zoom ring.

That is pure comment spam, writing an irrelevant comment just to get the backlink to a website for SEO, might want to delete it. I have the 500D and am dissapointed we don't get any if the feature enhancement we've been petitioning for, guess they just want us to upgrade to the 550D
