Canon Pixma Printers Now Support Google Cloud Print

Canon UK has announced that select models of the Canon Pixma All-In-One inkjet printer line-up will now support Google Cloud Print, providing driver-free printing from a PC, tablet or certain othermobile devices to any Google Cloud Print ready printer. The service will initially be supported on three recently launched models including the Pixma MG8250, Pixma MG6250 and the Pixma MX895 (pictured). Canon PIXMA printers now support Google Cloud Print™

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, 2nd April 2012 – Canon has today announced that select models of the Canon PIXMA All-In-One inkjet printer line-up will now support Google Cloud Print™, providing driver-free printing from a PC, tablet or select mobile devices to any Google Cloud Print™ ready printer.

Google Cloud Print™ will initially be supported on three recently launched models from the Canon PIXMA line-up, the PIXMA MG8250, PIXMA MG6250 and the PIXMA MX895. Google Cloud Print™ allows users to easily print from Gmail™ and Google Docs™ and makes home and work printers available from any Google Cloud Print enabled web or mobile app.
