More image noise than I would have expected. A lot of purple fringing where
light and dark edges meet, even with low contrast. Strangely I could not find
any ISO values in the EXIF data using GraphicConverter.

Some cameras do not display ISO/ASA in the summary data listing, ie, Canon IXY Digital 400 is another.
