Epson Gyro-SensorMore Epson news for you - Seiko Epson Corp and NGK Insulators, Ltd have teamed up to create the world’s smallest gyro-sensor, measuring just 5.0mm x 3.2mm x 1.3mm. What’s more interesting is that this new technology will eventually be used in digital cameras and cameraphones as an anti-shake system.

“This subminiature angular velocity sensor is ideally designed for use in systems that correct camera vibrations. The sensor will enable compact digital cameras, camera-phones, and other products to be equipped with a high-performance motion correction feature.”
