Anyone get this to work with a Mac? I'm getting zip. The P-2000 doesn't seem to see that there is a firmware update and it only gives me the option to restart or shutdown.

Typical.

What does additionally RAW files support mean? Just a few more models added to the supported list or can RAW files now be used like JPGs?

It just means more supported cameras, rather than a change to the way that RAW files are handled.
