Fujifilm at Focus 2011
Fujifilm are showcasing their impressive new range of digital cameras at Focus, including the hotly anticipated X100. Making it’s UK debut, full production versions of the X100 are available on the Fujifilm stand to try out for yourself, and to pre-order at various retailers around the show. We were told that UK shipments will be in 2-3 weeks. Other key models for Fujifilm this year include the HS20, a superzoom with a 30x lens, the latest members of the F-series, the F550EXR and F500EXR, and the affordable SP2950 superzoom. We have hands-on photos with all these new models in our gallery.

More of the X100 please, as I'm not going to be able to afford to buy one from the much rumoured price level and also possible limited availability
A very good idea but why oh why did'nt Fuji go that step further and make it an interchangeable lens camera?
Or maybe they're saving that for the next model ?

When is the HS20 available in the UK (and the rest of Europe in case you heard it)?

zorstklamp, X100 is pretty much an experimental camera, so Fujifilm were quite right to start moderately but with *significant* improvements over ordinary point-and-shoot cameras. I am sure that they will expand and refine the next generation model.
As they state, the lens has been chosen to be a fixed focal-length in order to match precisely the sensor. That is the right way to go to obtain maximum image quality. This isn't a camera for a casual snapshooter, after all.
Can't wait to get my hands on it!
