I used to use this Photoshop plugin all the time with my photos but stopped when started to use Capture One LE. C1LE is best solution when I am doing RAW->TIFF conversion and I can correct color in C1LE. One thing I can recommend about Editlab that is works with 16 bit files, which is great because when correcting color cast that is usually the first thing you want to do.

I use Capture One LE, but I don't use it for colour corrections - just changing the white balance and exposure. It's a lot better than Canon's File Viewer utility and well worth the £50 tht I paid for it. I tend to do most things in Photoshop.
