A stylish, portable device for your Photo and music storage and playback.
With its compact size and big capacity, the new ELIO PHOTO JUKEBOX incorporates a 1.8” 20GB hard drive, making it one of the smallest units currently available.
The Elio features a 2.2 inch colour TFT screen for viewing images and navigating files, and an SD card slot, making the transfer of images and other files extremely easy. JPEG Images can be played back either individually, as a slide show or slide shows can be
created automatically with music and transitions between images.
Many digital cameras produced today incorporate the technology to connect directly to the Elio using PTP mode (Peer to Peer) or if they are MSC (Mass Storage Class) compatible. Simply connect the camera to the Elio with the supplied USB cables and select “Upload to Elio” and the images or information will be transferred directly without having to remove the card from the camera. Cameras which incorporate this technology can use any type of Media storage cards, not just SD.
The Elio can also store thousands of songs by transferring them from a PC to the unit or “ripping” songs from a personal CD collection using the supplied Elio Media Manager software. The unit has a powerful battery which will allow up to 12 hours of music playback thorugh the high quality ear phones which are supplied.

Hello,
I have had the same problem as you with the error message. Truly only rubbish stands on the http://www.eliohome.com!
After long investigations in the Internet, I have now become aware over a forum on a homepage, that contributes to the solution of the issue.
Under http://tinyurl.com/yogphl (http://www.tatung.at/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=100&Itemid=49), there is a current version of the media manager for the PC to the data exchange with the Jukebox and above all the current firmware for the Tatung elio Jukebox TPJ-1022, which is led seemingly officially also under the name P722.
The side is in German actual, but the instructions also in English.
If you the instruction contained in the download to the installation of the current firmware follows, the Jukebox perfectly works again afterwards.
It is recognized furthermore also in the RealPlayer as appliance which is somewhat more comfortable than the provided medium managers to the synchronization of music.
I hope these information help you to have anew fun with your „Elio Photo JukeBox” and wishes you much success.
