The Hear the World Photo Competition in association with Digital SLR Photography Magazine

The first ever Hear the World photo competition is now open to amateur and professional photographers with a prize package worth over £2,000. Beautiful photography is synonymous with the Hear the World initiative thanks to celebrity photographer Bryan Adams who has created breathtaking images of many of the world’s most famous musicians, actors and celebrities cupping their ears to draw attention to hearing loss.

Hear the World educates on the consequences of hearing loss and informs people about the solutions that are available. To celebrate hearing, and to illustrate how essential it is to our experience of the world around us, judges from Hear the World and Digital SLR Photography Magazine are looking for an original photograph that best depicts The Joy of Sound.

If you have the vision, originality and skill then upload your entry at www.hear-the-world.com. Although the winning entry will be selected by the official judges, all entries are open to public vote in the gallery. The nine images with the most votes at the end of the competition will receive runner-up prizes, and a selection will appear alongside the winner in Digital SLR Photography Magazine.
