It will be interesting if Kodak can keep this up or if it's customers are going to be turned off by the Customer Service. I have had several dealings with them and have found it very frustrating. I have gotten to the point where I will no longer buy Kodak digital products because it's customer service is terrible. I am sure I am not the only one who has had problems and this could lead to loss of sales in the future.
